New Referees - Steps to becoming a Ref
Course Length - 5 Hrs of Online Lessons and 3 Hrs of In Person Training (ECSC is working to get in person training scheduled with MSA)

Overall Steps
1) Register for the clinic titled - Grassroots Referee Online Lessons
2) Complete all 5 online lessons. This involves also completing the required material within the US Soccer Learning Center. (MUST BE COMPLETED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO FIELD TRAINING)
3) Upon completion, select the button on MSA Website on the OMS Home page to transfer to an in-person Field Training Session.
4) From the list of Field Training sessions, select this button next to the session you want to attend.
Steps to Register for online classes:
1) Go to this Link: https://mississippi.omgtsys.com/
2) Select New Member Registration
3) Complete Member Account
4) Create a Password and Submit Information
5) Agree to the Member Background Check Notification
6) Step 1 of 3
a) Complete Legal Questions
b) Select Registration Type - Check New Grassroots or Recertification
c) Next Steps
7) Checkout to pay Associated Fees.

2) Referee Kits - Shirt, Shorts, Socks, Whistle, Cards, Stopwatch, Flags, etc...
